the location suited my travel needs well. victoria station was easily accessible from the hotel. the area felt safe at all times. the modern furniture was a nice touch in the room.

The hotel is wonderfully situated near the apollo theatre and victoria coach station. my room was clean, and it was cleaned daily! tea, coffee, and milk were refilled each day too. the staff were very helpful. i've already booked for next year. Thank you for the great stay.
the stairs were quite narrow. it made it a bit challenging to carry my luggage up.

The location was convenient. i found the hotel very easy to access from victoria station. i liked the friendly, helpful staff. breakfast was included was nice. i was able to check out early without any problems.
the staircases were narrow and made carrying luggage a bit difficult.

The location is great, close to victoria coach station and the apollo theatre. check-in was quick. The staff was helpful and allowed a late check-out. rooms were clean and tidy with coffee making facilities. i found the staff friendly and helpful .
The staircases were fairly narrow, and i had to carry my luggage up. There was no lift available.
